Objectives: To systematically review the current literature investigating the computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) diamond bur deterioration with repeated use and its effects on the accuracy, marginal and internal fit, and surface roughness of the dental ceramic restorations from the subtractive manufacturing technique.
Materials And Methods: Three online databases, Ovid, Scopus, and Web of Science, were screened up to February 2024. In vitro studies investigating bur wear and its influences on subtractively-manufactured (SMed) ceramic restorations, except zirconia, were included.
Spermatogenesis is an extremely sophisticated and complex process and is regulated not only by a large number of genes, but also by a large number of epigenetic factors. Although existing studies have demonstrated that circRNAs plays an important regulatory role in spermatogenesis, there is still insufficient information to properly understand the regulatory role and mechanism of circRNA action. We addressed this issue by examining the testes of two Holstein bull developmental stages; three 8-week-olds (young bull, YB) and three 80-week-olds (adult bull, AB), randomly selected from the same breeding stock.

Aims: We aimed to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on teaching and learning strategies and the perceptions of clinical educators and health sciences students on novel methods to improve online student engagement in Ireland's largest medical school.
Methods: Two separate online surveys designed to gain insights into the perceived efficacy of online teaching strategies were distributed to clinical educators and health sciences students (medical and pharmacy) over 7 months via email.
Background: Negative energy balance (NEB) typically occurs in dairy cows after delivery. Cows with a high yield are more likely to experience significant NEB. This type of metabolic imbalance could cause ketosis, which is often accompanied by a decline in reproductive performance.

Efficient molecular screening tools for crops lack far behind their model organism counterparts, yet they are essential to rapidly identify agriculturally important molecular interactions that trigger host resistance. Here, we have developed a novel wheat protoplast assay that enables efficient screening of Avr/R interactions at scale.
