Surgery is the cornerstone of vulvar cancer treatment, but it is associated with a significant risk of complications that may impact prognosis, particularly in older patients with multiple comorbidities. The objective of this study was to evaluate the role of age, comorbidities, and frailty in predicting postoperative complications after vulvar cancer surgery and to develop a predictive nomogram. A retrospective cohort study was conducted, including patients who underwent surgery for vulvar cancer at two Italian institutions from January 2018 to December 2023.

This review aimed to identify public health, policy, and clinical interventions to improve maternity care for migrant women and their infants in high-income countries (HICs).
Methods: In this systematic review we searched EMBASE, EMCARE, MEDLINE and PsycINFO, CENTRAL, Scopus, CINAHL Plus, Web of Science, and grey literature from inception to 13th March 2024, with no language or date restrictions (PROSPERO: CRD42022380678).
Background/objectives: Methyltransferase EZH2-mediated H3K27me3 is involved in liver inflammation and fibrosis, but its role in hepatic metabolic derangements is not yet clearly defined. We investigated if a high-fat diet (HFD) induced early changes in EZH2 expression and H3K27 me3 in the liver of mice.
Methods: Five-week-old mice were fed an HFD or a low-fat diet (Control) for 2 weeks (2 W) or 8 weeks (8 W).
