Evisceration of bowel through the stoma is a rare complication and only few cases have been reported. Although most cases occur in the context of long-standing parastomal hernias, early evisceration may also occur causing significant morbidity to patients. The reported patient is a 53-year-old male with bronchial asthma who was diagnosed to have metastatic colonic cancer underwent a trephine loop ileostomy for intestinal obstruction.

Background: Accurate anatomical landmarks to locate the thoracodorsal nerve are important in axillary clearance surgery.
Methods: Twenty axillary dissections were carried out on ten preserved Sri Lankan cadavers. Cadavers were positioned dorsal decubitus with upper limbs abducted to 90.
Objective: To describe the clinical profile of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD) like illness in a cluster of cases.
Methods: Children presenting with papulovesicular skin lesions with or without oral lesions were clinically examined, treated and followed up.
Results: Out of 21 cases, 18 (85.
