Metal-halide perovskites (MHPs) have gained substantial interest in the energy and optoelectronics field. MHPs in nanostructure forms, such as nanocrystals and nanowires (NWs), have further expanded the horizons for perovskite nanodevices in geometry and properties. A partial anion exchange within the nanostructure, creating axial heterojunctions, has significantly augmented the potential applications.

There were examined 198 patients, in whom immunodeficient (inflammatory, infectious and viral) diseases were revealed, as well as 10 healthy persons--for investigation of sensitivity of the blood neutrophils to immunomodulators (timalin, immunofan, polyoxidonium, timogen, erbisol). Most active one, in accordance to the investigation data, have evolved a synthetic preparation polyoxidonium, action mechanism of which is caused by direct activating impact on phagocytosis. Absence of sensitivity of the blood neutrophils towards activating stimuli (immunomodulators) in some patients was caused by a phenomenon, according to which the blood neutrophils, persisting durably in a preactivated state, further (while examining of the patients) have a reduced capacity for answering to stimulation.

The development of cortical cerebral blood flow (CBF) and cerebrovascular reactivity (CVR) were studied in Wistar rats during early postnatal ontogenesis, in groups aged 2-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12-15, 16-18 and 19-25 days. CBF was measured polarographically using inhaled hydrogen clearance method, with platinum electrodes inserted into parietal cortex. At the mentioned age periods, CBF and its percentage of adult level averaged as 38 (21%), 81 (45%), 142 (78%), 85 (47%), 110 (61%), and 118 (65%) ml/100 g/min, respectively.
