We present a novel decision-making framework for accelerated degradation tests and predictive maintenance that exploits prior knowledge and experimental data on the system's state. As a framework for sequential decision making in these areas, dynamic programming and reinforcement learning are considered, along with data-driven degradation learning when necessary. Furthermore, we illustrate both stochastic and machine learning degradation models, which are integrated in the framework, using data-driven methods.

The analysis of basic medical and demographic indicators (primary morbidity and disability of adult population, mortality, age structure and life expectancy) and provision of medical care in the Republic of Karelia in 2011-2020 was carried out. It established consistently high level of primary morbidity of population with respiratory diseases; injuries, poisoning and other consequences of external causes; diseases of genitourinary system. Diseases of cardiovascular system and malignant neoplasms occupy leading positions in the structure of causes of disability and mortality of population during period under review.

The contacts of chemically homogeneous nanoparticles of yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide (ZrO2—x mol% Y2O3, x = 0, 3, 4, 8; YSZ) with different sizes of 7.5 nm and 9 nm; 7.

It was found that the place of localization of different charge carriers is the generalized heterophase boundary-nanoparticles surface. The supposed mechanism of the effect was investigated using the theory of dispersed systems, the band theory, and the theory of contact phenomena in semiconductors, which consists of the formation of localized electronic states in the nanoparticle material due to donor-acceptor interaction with the adsorption ionic atmosphere.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA liquid biopsy based on circulating small extracellular vesicles (SEVs) has not yet been used in routine clinical practice due to the lack of reliable analytic technologies. Recent studies have demonstrated the great diagnostic potential of nanozyme-based systems for the detection of SEV markers. Here, we hypothesize that CD30-positive Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg (HRS) cells secrete CD30 + SEVs; therefore, the relative amount of circulating CD30 + SEVs might reflect classical forms of Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) activity and can be measured by using a nanozyme-based technique.
