Objective: Effectiveness comparison of local and general magneto-therapy for determining differentiated indications in order to prescribe the techniques for early rehabilitation of patients after surgical treatment of breast cancer (BC).

Material And Methods: It was examined 114 women after radical mastectomy for breast cancer. The patients were divided into 3 groups by the method of simple randomization: the control group (37 women) received therapeutic exercises without additional prescription of physiotherapeutic procedures; 1 main group (38 women) - in addition to exercises a course of local magneto-therapy; 2 main group (39 women) - general magneto-therapy.

The levels of neurospecific peptides in the systemic circulation and the rate of biological aging of veterans of war in Afghanistan were studied. A significant increase in the level of matrix metalloproteinase-9 reflecting the increased permeability of the blood-brain barrier in the initial manifestations of insufficient blood supply to the brain was found. After a course of general aerocryotherapy the optimization of biological and cardiopulmonary age were marked, which indicates a slowing of the biological aging.

Using the Bioage and Snake software the immune and cardiovascular system aging rate was diagnosed in patients having early forms of chronic cerebrovascular diseases (CCVD). The indicators of biological, cardiopulmonary and immunological age were studied in patients showing early symptoms of cerebrovascular insufficiency and dyscirculatory encephalopathy of the 1st stage. The rate of age-dependent physiological changes was diagnosed compared to general body aging rate.

The objective of the experiment was to investigate the effect of liver fetal tissue transplantation (LFTT) in adult rats on the morphofunctional state of thymus as the central organ of cell-mediated (cellular) immunity. A positive impact of LFTT on the indices of age-dependent thymus involution has been established. That revealed itself in the corresponding morphological transformations of the microenvironment of thymocytes, changes in their number and composition as well as in the subpopulation composition of lymphocytes of the peripheral blood.

The mathematical model was created to evaluate the immunological age and immunological aging rate in men between 31 and 81. This model enables to evaluate the immunity aging rate among men of this age, diagnose the patients with the increased aging rate by determining their immunological age, and use it for the follow-up monitoring of the aging process and evaluation of the therapeutic and rehabilitation treatment efficiency for this group of people.
