The role of intracellular protein fractions, isolated from M. tuberculosis virulent strains in the process of the electrophoretic separation, in the development of delayed hypersensitivity reactions has been studied. Low reactogenicity of protein fractions has been established on the basis of the development of faint immunopathological reactions in sensitized animals.
