Background: Community health workers such as Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) are existing resources who can facilitate the bridging of the mental health treatment gap. Knowing about the perspectives of ASHAs in delivering mental health care and other professionals with experience working in the area of community mental health is imperative.

Verrucous carcinoma of oral cavity is a highly well differentiated variant of squamous cell carcinoma with a low potential for invasion and metastasis.  Choanal polyps are benign lesions arising from the sinonasal mucosa, extending through the choana into the nasopharynx. Though polyps arising from the maxillary sinus and extending to the choana are common, polyps arising from the sphenoid sinus ostium, posterior part of middle turbinate, and inferior and middle meatus are quite uncommon.  To document the site of origin of choanal polyps arising from unusual sites; their clinical, radiological, and histopathological characteristics, as well as diagnostic challenges and management.

Superbugs producing New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase 1 (NDM-1) enzyme is a growing crisis, that is adversely affecting the global health care system. NDM-1 empowers the bacteria to inactivate entire arsenal of β-lactam antibiotics including carbapenem (the last resort antibiotic) and remains ineffective to all the available β lactamase inhibitors used in the clinics. Limited therapeutic option available for rapidly disseminating NDM-1 producing bacteria makes it imperative to identify a potential inhibitor for NDM-1 enzyme.
