Purpose: The study evaluated the influence of titanium discs, coated with polyacrylonitrile infused curcumin nanofibers on osteoblast activity.
Materials And Methods: The titanium discs were coated with polyacrylonitrile nanofibers infused with curcumin. MG-63 cell lines were utilized for cell culture to assess osteoblast morphology upon exposure of curcumin on titanium discs.
Purpose: Current denture base resins lack adequate strength and antimicrobial properties, necessitating the exploration of alternative solutions. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of curcumin incorporation on the physico-mechanical properties of heat-cured denture base resin, filling a gap in the literature regarding this correlation.
Methods: Heat-cured denture base resin was supplemented with increasing concentrations of curcumin (CR).
Background: Few studies have established the relationship between connector widths, cuspal angulation, loading forces, and supporting structures of zirconia fixed dental prosthesis (FDP). The objective of the study was to compare the stress distribution in implant- and tooth-supported zirconia FDP with different connector designs, and cuspal angulations of replaced teeth under diverse angulations of forces.
Methods: Finite element (FE) analysis was done by simulating a 3-unit implant- and tooth-supported FDP.

With the availability of nationally representative human biomonitoring (HBM) data, over 300 of these substances were assessed using HBM-based RA approaches. Qualitative and quantitative HBM-based RA approaches for the regulatory risk assessment of the general population of Canada were developed to increase the efficiency of screening the potential health risk of CMP priority substances.
