To evaluate whether 'Block and Replace' (B + R) and 'Titration' (T) regimes are equivalent in terms of frequency of euthyroidism and Graves' Orbitopathy (GO) during ATD therapy.
Methods: A prospective multicentre observational cohort study of 344 patients with GH but no GO at baseline.
Purpose: Patients with Graves' orbitopathy can present with asymmetric disease. The aim of this study was to identify clinical characteristics that distinguish asymmetric from unilateral and symmetric Graves' orbitopathy.
Methods: This was a multi-centre study of new referrals to 13 European Group on Graves' Orbitopathy (EUGOGO) tertiary centres.
Objective: To construct a predictive score for the development or progression of Graves' orbitopathy (GO) in Graves' hyperthyroidism (GH).
Design: Prospective observational study in patients with newly diagnosed GH, treated with antithyroid drugs (ATD) for 18 months at ten participating centers from EUGOGO in 8 European countries.
Methods: 348 patients were included with untreated GH but without obvious GO.
