A procedure for the determination of oseltamivir in human plasma by high-performance liquid chromatography( tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was proposed and validated. Role of JNK in the Regulation of Xenobiotic Metabolizing Function of Hepatocytes.

We studied the role of JNK in the regulation of the metabolism of xenobiotic venlafaxine by liver cells under in vitro conditions. The inhibitory role of this protein kinase in the biotransformation of this psychotropic agent by hepatocytes was demonstrated. JNK inhibitor added to the liver homogenate containing antidepressant enhanced and accelerated the formation of the only pharmacologically active venlafaxine metabolite O-desmethylvenlafaxine in the cell suspension.

Pharmacokinetics of a New Analgesic on the Basis of Hexaazaisowurtzitane Derivative.

We studied pharmacokinetics of a new analgesic based on a hexaazaisowurtzitane derivative (thiowurtzine, TWZ). A method for measuring TWZ in organs and tissues by HPLC/MS/MS was developed and validated. [Peripheral blood morphology during chronic bronchitis complicated by the effect of ozone].

In workers afflicted with chronic bronchitis (ChB) after breathing ozone leukocytosis gives place to leukopenia against development of lympho-, monocyto- and neutropenia. In contrast to the workers, in citizens who have not previously contacted ozone chronic obstructive bronchitis is characterized by leukocytosis with less expressed lympho- and neutropenia. Changes in peripheral blood in ChB patients (development of leuko-, lympho-, monocyto- and neutropenia) grow drastically in 5-8 years of ozone inhalation.
