Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination could reduce HPV infection in men who have sex with men (MSM), but the published statistics on HPV vaccination uptake in MSM were scarce globally. This study estimated the uptake and profiled the service preferences of HPV vaccination of Chinese MSM in Hong Kong. Adult MSM were recruited through non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and online channels for completing an online baseline survey.

Scalable Reshaping of Diamond Particles via Programmable Nanosculpting.

Diamond particles have many interesting properties and possible applications. However, producing diamond particles with well-defined shapes on a large scale is challenging because diamonds are chemically inert and extremely hard. Here, we show that air oxidation, a routine method for purifying diamonds, can be used to precisely shape diamond particles at scale.

Scalable production of ultraflat and ultraflexible diamond membrane.

Diamond is an exceptional material with great potential across various fields owing to its interesting properties. However, despite extensive efforts over the past decades, producing large quantities of desired ultrathin diamond membranes for widespread use remains challenging. Here we demonstrate that edge-exposed exfoliation using sticky tape is a simple, scalable and reliable method for producing ultrathin and transferable polycrystalline diamond membranes.

Genomics-informed neuropsychiatric care for neurodevelopmental disorders: Results from a multidisciplinary clinic.

Purpose: Patients with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) have high rates of neuropsychiatric comorbidities. Genomic medicine may help guide care because pathogenic variants are identified in up to 50% of patients with NDDs. We evaluate the impact of a genomics-informed, multidisciplinary, neuropsychiatric specialty clinic on the diagnosis and management of patients with NDDs.

Fructus Aurantii, a Chinese herbal medicine, has been indicated to have antidepressant effects in our previous study. However, the main component and specific mechanisms of the antidepressant effects of Fructus Aurantii still need to be further revealed. This study aimed to explore the main antidepressant component of Fructus Aurantii and the underlying mechanisms of its antidepressant effects in the hippocampus.
