Objectives: The Bioethics Law of August 2nd, 2021 established access to origins for people conceived by gamete donation. Two years after the implementation of this disposition, what is the proportion of former gamete donors informed about access to origins, and what is their position on this matter? What could be the potential repercussions of this new law on them?

Methods: Retrospective single-center cohort study using questionnaires.

Results: When former gamete donors were asked about access to origins, only 53% of oocytes donors and 71% of sperm donors were aware of this measure.

Nursing students, faculty, and community partners report a gap in the preparation of nurses to work collaboratively with persons living with mental health conditions in a variety of healthcare settings. Engaging the expertise from lived experience within undergraduate nursing education promotes a holistic approach to care that aligns with clients' real-world needs. This paper describes the steps we followed to create a virtual simulation in partnership with persons living with mental health conditions.

These tubes connect body compartments at different pressures. We extend here Poiseuille's experiments on liquid flow in inert tubes to an active, mechanosensitive tube: the intestine.

Intestinal smooth muscle differentiation is a complex physico-biological process involving several different pathways. Here, we investigate the properties of Ca waves in the developing intestinal mesenchyme using GCamp6f expressing mouse embryos and investigate their relationship with smooth muscle differentiation. We find that Ca waves are absent in the pre-differentiation mesenchyme and start propagating immediately following α-SMA expression.
