"Engaged Nurses Are the Ones Who Love Their Profession": Work Engagement From the Perspectives of Oncology Nurses.

Work engagement in oncology nurses is crucial for improving nurse practice and healthcare outcomes. The study aimed to define and understand work engagement from the perspective of experienced oncology clinical nurses. This qualitative descriptive study used purposive sampling to select 15 oncology nurses from a University Oncology Hospital in Türkiye.

Delta neutrophil index (DNI) as a potential biomarker for fetal growth restriction: insights from maternal hematological changes and neonatal outcomes.

Background: This study investigates the role of Delta Neutrophil Index (DNI), an inflammation marker, in late-onset fetal growth restriction (LO-FGR) and its prediction of composite adverse neonatal outcomes.

Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 684 pregnant women (456 with normal fetal development and 228 with LO-FGR) who delivered at Health Sciences University Etlik Zubeyde Hanim Women's Health Training and Research Hospital between January 1, 2015, and June 30, 2018. Composite adverse neonatal outcomes were defined as at least one of the following: 5th minute APGAR score < 7, respiratory distress syndrome (RDS), or neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) admission.

Factors Influencing Burnout Syndrome and Depression in Dentists across Various Institutions.

: This study aimed to identify the occupational and personal factors influencing burnout syndrome (BS) and depression among dentists in academic faculties, oral and dental health centres (ODHCs), and private clinics. : This prospective, cross-sectional study was carried out on dentists working in different regions of Turkey. Data were gathered through an online questionnaire hosted on Google Forms.

Evaluation of Full-Field Stimulus Threshold Test Results in Retinitis Pigmentosa: Relationship with Full-Field Electroretinography, Multifocal Electroretinography, Optical Coherence Tomography, and Visual Field.

Objectives: The full-field stimulus threshold (FST) test was developed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of treatments of hereditary retinal diseases. In this study we performed the FST test in patients with retinitis pigmentosa (RP) and compared the results with findings from other ophthalmological tests.

Materials And Methods: The study included 51 intermediate and advanced RP patients and 21 normal subjects.
