Woringer-Kolopp disease is a localized epidermotropic T cell lymphoma with good prognosis. We describe a 79-year-old man with an erythematous scaly plaque of the foot. Clinical diagnosis of psoriasis, parapsoriasis and fungal infection were proposed.
