Aims: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of rocuronium priming and intubation dose calculated according to actual body weight (ABW) or corrected body weight (CBW) on the neuromuscular block and intubation quality in rapid sequence induction and intubation (RSII).
Patients And Methods: This prospective randomized, double-blind study was conducted on a total of 60 patients randomized into two groups using the closed-envelope method between January 2021 and December 2021, with 30 individuals in each group.

Methods: 254 pregnant women with COVID-19 who had a cesarean section in our hospital between March 2020 and March 2021 were included in the study. Demographic information, laboratory test results, radiological data, treatments, anesthesia methods, and prognoses of the patients were evaluated retrospectively.
Background: Post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) is an important complication of neuroaxial anesthesia and more frequently noted in pregnant women. The pain is described as severe, disturbing and its location is usually fronto-occipital. The conservative treatment of PDPH consists of bed rest, fluid theraphy, analgesics and caffeine.
