: This study aimed to compare two surgical techniques-the free flap of the superficial palmar branch of the radial artery (SPBRA) and the free venous flap (FVF)-to evaluate their efficacy and aesthetic outcomes in repairing finger tissue defects. The goal was to determine which procedure offers faster healing curves and better overall patient outcomes, ultimately improving the quality of life for individuals undergoing these surgeries. : A retrospective study was conducted using the clinical database of Sanliurfa Mehmet Akif Inan Education and Research Hospital, University of Health Sciences, from 1 January 2019 to 1 January 2022.

This issue is important in hand surgery, and we aim to identify the method that provides the best functional and cosmetic outcomes.
Methods: Between 2020 and 2022, 32 patients with fingertip amputations were reconstructed by the same surgeon using two different methods.

Introduction: The main objective of the current study is to investigate variations in postoperative outcomes that follow digital nerve repair in Zone 1 and Zone 2, respectively. We hope that by carrying out this investigation, we will be able to identify which zone has better sensation recovery and patient-reported outcomes, allowing us to identify the best way of conducting surgery for specific types of injuries.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted in patients with digital nerve injuries treated in a designated hand surgery clinic between January 2021 and December 2023.
