Background: While antimicrobial use (AMU) in human healthcare has received significant attention as a key driver of antimicrobial resistance (AMR), less emphasis has been placed on AMU practices and attitudes in animal husbandry. To address this gap, this study examines the patterns and underlying drivers of AMU on animal farms.
Methods: A survey instrument was distributed to farm staff in 150 animal farms across 15 Egyptian governorates.
Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Mangifera indica (family Anacardiaceae), often acknowledged as mango and renowned for being a plant of diverse ethnopharmacological background since ancient times, harbors the polyphenolic bioactive constituent, mangiferin (MNG). MNG is a major phytochemical of Mangifera indica and other plants with a wide range of reported pharmacological activities, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective and hepatoprotective effects. MNG has also been utilized in traditional medicine; it is reportedly a major bioactive element in over 40 polyherbal products in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and two prominent anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and antiviral Cuban formulations.

It occurs due to three-phase symmetric faults and asymmetric faults such as a double line to ground fault that applies in this system. This paper applies Static Synchronous Compensators (STATCOM) to improve the LVRT capability and dynamic performance of an electrical grid linked to a Photovoltaic (PV)/Wind hybrid system through grid disturbances.

Most importantly, the prevalence of DN is steadily rising in developed countries. This research explored the therapeutic benefits of alogliptin, a dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-4) inhibitor, on streptozotocin (STZ)-induced DN and its underlying mechanisms in rats.

Autophagy, a process that removes damaged proteins and maintains cellular homeostasis, has been shown to alleviate Cisp-induced AKI. The balance between autophagy and apoptosis is crucial to kidney protection.
