The aim of the study was to estimate efficiency and safety of treatment by non-direct anticoagulant--warfarex in the patients with persistent and paroxysmal forms of AF for the prevention of thromboembolic complications. 55 patients between 37 and 75 years old with atrial fibrillation (AF) were investigated. Follow-up was 2 years.

[The efficasy of atorvastatin in the case of paroxismal atrial fibrillation in patients with ischemic heart disease].

The purpose of the study was to estimate efficiency of atorvastatin in complex treatment with antiarhythmic drugs on the background of ischemic heart disease in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF). The investigation was conducted on 65 patients (37-72 years old) during 2 years. Two groups were composed.

[Effect of combination therapy with preduktal and prestarium on the left ventricular function in the postinfarction period].

The aim of the study was to estimate the efficiency of combination therapy with Preductal and Prestarium after MI. We investigated 152 patients with acute MI of anterior wall (Q wave) and Heart Failure (II-III class by NYHA). I group included 92 p, which were treated by Preductal (60 mg daily) on the background of the standard therapy.

[The therapeutic efficiency of complex-ACE inhibitor (perindopril) and traditional antiarrhythmic-treatment for prevention atrial fibrillation paroxysms after successful electric cardio version].

The aim of the study was to estimate the therapeutic efficiency of complex: ACE inhibitor (perindopril) and traditional antiarrhythmic treatment of atrial fibrillation paroxysms after successful electric cardio version for prevention of repeated attacks of atrial fibrillation and for maintenance of normal sinus rhythm in patients. The proposed scheme of treatment reduced number of recurrences, maintained normal sinus rhythm and allowed reaching relatively rapid normalization of mechanical function of left atrium.

[Dynamics of echocardiographic changes and the tactic of optimal therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation with chronical heart failure].

The aim of the article was to assess the efficacy of treatment of atrial fibrillation (AE) and congestive heart failure (CHF) with Enalapril in combination with Cordaron. For this reason 62 patients from 37 to 70 years old (mean age 54, 6 +/- 6,1) with CHF (class II-III NYHA) and persistent AF underwent the medical treatment. The suggested scheme of treatment improved HF functional class by NYHA, raised anti reactive effectiveness and favorably influenced on the diastolic function of the LV in this type of patients.
