Background: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a global health challenge with significant morbidity and mortality. Iron deficiency, including non-anaemic iron deficiency (NAID), has been identified as a potential comorbid in COPD, affecting patient outcomes and disease severity. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence and impact of iron deficiency on the severity and clinical outcomes in COPD patients.

A hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution is used as a flowing gas for discharge generation. Optical emission spectroscopy is employed to diagnose the discharge generated at a reduced pressure of 0.

Methods: The cross-sectional, analytical study was conducted from September to December 2022 at three publicsector medical teaching hospitals in Peshawar, Pakistan, and comprised adult patients of either admitted to various hospital wards for at least 2 days. Data was collected using a predesigned a closed-ended questionnaire assessing patient satisfaction in different domains like, facilitation at the admission, professional knowledge and skills of the attending doctors, quality of diagnostic and nursing services, and basic amenities.
Researchers are consistently investigating novel and distinctive methods and materials that are compatible for human life and environmental conditions This study aimed to synthesize gold nanoparticles (ALPs-AuNPs) using for the first time an alkaline protease (ALPs) derived from Phalaris minor seed extract. A series of physicochemical techniques were used to inquire the formation, size, shape and crystalline nature of ALPs-AuNPs. The nanoparticles' ability to degrade methylene blue (MB) through photocatalysis under visible light irradiation was assessed.

The coexistence of invasive breast carcinoma and clear cell carcinoma of the kidney, alongside a family history of cancer, highlights the multifactorial origins of MPCs, particularly their potential association with genetic factors.
Case Presentation: A 70-year-old female initially sought medical attention for a two-year history of a right breast lump as her primary concerns centered on the long-standing lump.
