[Experience of treatment of pancreatonecrosis in hospital in the extreme north].

Criteria of pancreatonecrosis are described in the article. Clinical and ultrasonic signs, the applied ways of treatment of acute pancreatitis are considered in 715 patients. The methods of treatment of complications of pancreatonecrosis are described.

[Diagnostics and treatment of retroperitoneal abscess].

Etiology of retroperitoneal abscess and flegmona were analyzed in 12 patients. The radiological diagnostic capacities in detection of septic process in retroperitoneal adipose tissue were explored. Features of surgical treatment, depending on the abscess localization were described in detail.

[Autovenous obturation of subcutaneous veins in surgical treatment of varicose disease].

753 patients were operated on varicose veins of lower limbs in the period from 1997 to 2006 years. Autovenous obturation of the shin and backfoot varicose veins was performed in all cases. Bands of great saphenous vein, extracted from the patient's hip, were used as an obturation material.
