As pressures on healthcare resources and staff continue to increase, all must prove their worth. Specialist nurses are no exception, but the nature of their work and their role within a wider multidisciplinary team can make it harder for them to gather data specific to their roles. This article describes a programme that was developed by Multiple Sclerosis Trust charity to demonstrate the value of multiple sclerosis specialist nurses.
