Clear aligner treatment is an orthodontic treatment that is custom-made with 3D printers without the use of conventional metal or porcelain wires and brackets. It is a modern orthodontic method used to correct tooth positions that need to be corrected aesthetically and functionally. Aim This study aimed to compare the discolouration of teeth and clear aligners after 15 days of full-time use of clear aligners.

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of different attachment types and positions used in clear aligner treatments on the rotation movement and retention of clear aligners in the rotated first premolar teeth. The study also addressed the stress values in periodontal ligaments (PDLs) with finite element analysis.

Methods: SS and HSP were formed on the surface of the Ti alloy (Ti-SS/HSP). Different concentrations of citric acid and boric acid, B-CQDs and AgNP were attached to Ti-SS/HSP surfaces.
