The outcome of nucleos(t)ide analogues (NAs) discontinuation and retreatment is still uncertain. We evaluated hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) kinetics after NAs discontinuation and during retreatment due to off-treatment clinical relapse among non-cirrhotic HBeAg-positive CHB patients.
