Duodenal Mucinous Adenocarcinoma in a Patient With Immunodeficiency: A Case Report.

Duodenal mucinous adenocarcinoma is a rare type of small bowel carcinoma. It is not commonly encountered; hence little knowledge exists about its presentation, diagnosis, and management. The diagnosis is mostly made by either esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) or intra-operatively.

Objectives: Our aim was to evaluate the accuracy of estimated fetal weight (EFW) by ultrasound at due date and the factors that could affect it.

Methods: We performed a retrospective study of 233 patients in 2014. An ultrasound was performed at due date consultation around 41 weeks of amenorrhea by midwives sonographer.
