However, evidence of adverse events associated with these drugs in the clinical practice setting can be of value at generating hypotheses regarding less common safety issues, even if causality cannot be determined.
Objective: To present and analyze cases of intraocular inflammation associated with faricimab therapy in patients referred to a single European institution.
Efficient exciton migration is crucial for optoelectronic organic devices. While the transport of triplet excitons is generally slow compared to singlet excitons, triplet exciton migration in certain molecular semiconductors with endothermic singlet fission appears to be enhanced by a time-delayed regeneration of the more mobile singlet species triplet fusion. This combined transport mechanism could be exploited for devices, but the interplay between singlet fission and triplet fusion, as well as the role of trap states is not yet well understood.

Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of a subthreshold micropulse laser (SML) in patients with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR).
Methods: Retrospective clinical study conducted at the Departments of Ophthalmology at a university and a municipal hospital in Zurich, Switzerland. We enrolled acute and chronic CSCR patients with persistent subretinal fluid (SRF) treated with SML.
Background: To report ophthalmological outcomes and treatment regimen in patients with Susac syndrome.
Methods: This is a retrospective analysis of patients with Susac syndrome treated between November 2015 and March 2023. Multimodal imaging findings, ophthalmic examination data, information on neurological and sensorineural involvement, and therapeutic regimen were reviewed.

The crystal structure of [Cu(H O) V(µ-O)(PPA) ] shows that the metal phosphonate layers are separated by phenyl groups of the phenyl phosphonate linker. Tauc plotting of diffuse reflectance spectra indicates that [Cu(H O) V(µ-O)(PPA) ] has an indirect band gap of 2.

Background: Solar and laser-associated retinopathies are rare occurrences. The two retinopathies are both photo-induced but differ in the involved intensity and duration of exposure. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical features and natural course of these two entities, with a focus on the changes in the outer retina over time.

Methods: Single-center descriptive case series covering the period of 2012 to 2022 at the Department of Ophthalmology at the University Hospital, Zurich, Switzerland.
Results: We present four eyes of four patients that showed severe unusual complications within the first month after CXL.
Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the neuroretinal structure of young patients with Leber hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON).
Methods: For this retrospective cross-sectional analysis, the peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (pRNFL) thickness and the macular retinal layer volumes were measured by optical coherence tomography. Patients aged 12 years or younger at disease onset were assigned to the childhood-onset (ChO) group and those aged 13-16 years to the early teenage-onset (eTO) group.
Purpose: To compare retinal changes in young adults with previous SARS-CoV-2 infection with healthy young controls using optical coherence tomography (OCT) and optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA).

Observations: The suturelessly implanted artificial iris-IOL-sandwich was stable with good functional as well as aesthetic results. However, our case showed a postoperative intraocular pressure rise.
