The present study aims to investigate the effect of fruit extract (PCFE) alone and in combination with dacarbazine on metastatic melanoma cell line B16-F10 and in C57BL/6J mice. Cytotoxic effects of PCFE alone and in association with dacarbazine on B16-F10 cells were studied by 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay and colony formation assay.
