Objective: Lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) is a chronic degenerative disease with pain in the back, buttocks and legs aggrevated by walking and relieved after rest without associated vascular disease of lower extremities observed in patients between 50 and 60 years. Several studies, using different methods indicated an association between slowing or blocking of root-nerve conduction and LSS. None of the previous research had applied the more conceivable methods such as recording the cauda equina potentials from the lumbar level or stimulating the spinal roots within the canal using either leg nerves or muscles.

Almost all case reports and database analyses about the relationship between seizure activity and HBOT point out that GTC seizures and status epilepticus are more likely to occur as a result of the treatment and there are only few reports demonstrating partial seizures.
Case Report: an 87-year-old male patient was admitted to our clinic because of tonic-clonic contractions on his left arm.

Background: Acute centrum ovale (CO) infarction confined to the territory of perforating long medullary arteries is rarely reported. This study was designed to investigate the full spectrum of clinical findings, topography, and pathogenesis of patients with acute CO infarct.
Methods: A total of 64 patients with CO infarct were recorded.
Migraine attacks are characterized by headaches associated with neurological, gastrointestinal, and autonomic symptoms. A relationship between migraine and hypertension or hypotension is controversial. In this study, we aimed to determine if blood pressure changes were related to migraine attacks.

One hundred twenty-one chronic migraine patients were evaluated. A total of 79% patients were female, and the mean age was 43.

Patients And Methods: We report 21 multiple sclerosis patients who presented unusual initial pictures (acute brachial pain n=4, headache n=6, ptosis n=1, oculomotor nerve palsy n=1, peripheral facial palsy n=1, throat pain n=1, hypoglossal nerve palsy n=1, visual field defect n=2, epilepsia n=2, and coma n=2) as the first manifestations in the absence of other obvious symptoms or signs.
Results: Investigations demonstrated changes highly suggestive of multiple sclerosis on magnetic resonance imaging, cerebrospinal fluid analysis and electrophysiological tests.
Multiple Sclerosis is known to cause autonomic and sexual dysfunction. However, genitourinary and sexual problems in female multiple sclerosis patients are difficult to analyse. Therefore, it is an understudied field.

Material And Methods: Thirty-eight patients with ET affecting upper limbs underwent a randomized, crossover study with olanzapine (20 mg/day) and propranolol (120 mg/day). Evaluation (baseline and 1 month after each drug) was done by using the tremor clinical rating scale and a self-reported disability scale.
Background And Aims: The aim of the study is to search the lesion localization of the pure isolated facial paresis-dysarthria syndrome in patients who were admitted to our neurology clinic in a prospective study.
Methods: Over a period of six years, the patients who had no prominent sensorimotor dysfunction were examined by neurologists and underwent computerized tomography (CT) and/or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Results: Eleven patients out of more than 2000 had the aforementioned clinical picture.
