X-linked juvenile retinoschisis (XLRS) is an X-linked hereditary retinal dystrophy characterized by splitting of the neurosensory retina. On fundus examination, the macula often has a spoke wheel appearance with foveal cystic lesions, and separation of the retinal layers is typical on spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT). Patients with XLRS can exhibit different clinical courses, stages, and SD-OCT findings, even among members of the same family.

Purpose: To report a patient with central retinal artery occlusion with double cilioretinal artery sparing.
Methods: Retrospective case report.
Results: A 45-year-old woman presented with sudden vision loss in her left eye for 10 days.
Purpose: To evaluate the lens densitometry values in eyes with macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion that were treated with intravitreal dexamethasone implants and to compare these data with those of fellow healthy control eyes.

Methods: Complete ophthalmological examination and optical coherence tomography imaging were performed at each visit.
Results: The implant accidentally caused a posterior capsular tear during the procedure and was injected into the crystalline lens because of an involuntary head movement of the patient.

Methods: Corneal densitometry measurement of consecutive treatment-naive keratoconus patients and healthy control subjects was performed by Scheimpflug corneal topography (Pentacam®HR). Corneal densitometry measurements were expressed in gray scale unit (GSU) and the data from the right eyes of subjects were used for statistical analysis.
Aim: To evaluate the changes in ocular blood flow with color Doppler ultrasonography (CDU) after intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide (IVTA) injection.
Methods: A total of 46 patients who underwent IVTA (4 mg/0.1 mL) injection for diabetic macular edema (DME) (n=22), central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) (n=12) and choroidal neovascular membrane (CNVM) (n=12) were included in the study.
Purpose: The aim was to evaluate the agreement in the central corneal thickness (CCT), thinnest corneal thickness (TCT), anterior chamber depth (ACD), and mean simulated keratometry (simK) measurements using Pentacam, Galilei, and Sirius Scheimpflug systems in normal eyes.
Methods: Anterior segment measurements were performed with Pentacam, Galilei, and Sirius devices in 32 healthy subjects. The right eye of each participant was selected.
Aim: To measure changes of total oxidant status (TOS) and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) of aqueous humor (AH) in diabetic retinopathy (DR) patients, and to determine if there were any differences in TOS and TAC of AH in diabetic patients without retinopathy compared with non-diabetic patients.
Methods: One hundred and three eyes of 103 patients who were enrolled for cataract surgery were included in this study. Patients were grouped according to presence of diabetes and stage of DR.
Purpose: To compare the sterilization effectivity of topical povidone-iodine, ciprofloxacin, and ofloxacin on the conjunctival bacterial flora.
Methods: One hundred sixty-four eyes of 164 patients scheduled for cataract surgery were prospectively analyzed. Conjunctival cultures were obtained 1 day before the surgery without any topical application in all patients.
