Subdural-peritoneal (SP) shunting is a simple procedure to treat subdural hygromas; however, several rare complications such as shunt migration exist. A 15-year-old boy presented with headache, nausea, and vomiting, and underwent SP shunting for left frontoparietal chronic subdural effusion.
