In the world today, the demand for the preparations and cosmetics, made of peloids is increasing significantly, which is explained by the increased interest of the community to the ecologically clean raw materials of natural origin, it often replaces expensive chemical preparations, which are often accompanied by some contraindications. The increased interest in peloids in the world put on the agenda the question of rational use of acting mud mines as well as the problem of cosmetic and medicinal preparations, developed on their basis. It is noteworthy that the development of ready-made, soft drug forms from the Adjara region sulfide silt peloids is one of the most topical and important issues, as at present there is not available the form of ready-made drugs containing the sulfide silt peloids of this region.

The study aim was to develop a validated selective, reproducible and sensitive Liquid Chromatography - Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for qualitative and quantitative determination of olanzapin (OLZ ) in human plasma. For isolation was used solid phase extraction with the Gilson GX-271 ASPEC Solid phase extraction system, cartridge Supelclean LC-18 SPE 500mg. Elution solvent contained 40mL of isopropanol, 4mL of concentrated ammonium hydroxide and 156mL of freshly prepared methylene chloride.

Aminoglycosides, including gentamicin, are considered among the most useful classes of antibiotics for treating Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections. The major drawback of aminoglycosides is the need for their relatively high-dose intravenous administration, which carries the potential for systemic toxicity. Granulometry analysis of gentamicin sulfate powder (substance) has shown, that generally it consists of large particles, and thus is not suitable for inhalation.

To establish individual dissolution test for the tablets gentin, which have a marked influence on the secretory function of the stomach (increase the free acidity of the gastric juice and stimulate enzymoproduction function of the stomach), and gastroprotective functioning, the conditions for the test realization were studied and specified, using apparatus "Rotating Basket" (Dissolution test, apparatus 1, p.1791, USP XXIII, 1995). For the quantification of the active ingredients in buffer solutions chromatospectrophotometric method was used.
