Aggressive angiomyxoma is an uncommon mesenchymal neoplasm. It arises from soft tissue of pelvis and perineum in fertile females, occurring very rarely in males. Its name emphasizes the common local recurrence and infiltrative tendency, but usually it does not metastasize.
