This paper presents linking computational research of the multilayer structure of the cladding of a three-layer panel made of highly porous polystyrene concrete developed using a new technology in comparison with traditional ones. The calculation of the thermal efficiency of the exterior fence was carried out in three stages, where the thermal regime was calculated from the values of temperature fields in the ELCUT 6.6 system, and the humidity and air modes were determined by the analytical method in the Maple system.

Using waste rubber in asphalt mixes has become a common practice in road construction. This paper presents the results of a study on the rheological characteristics of rubber-modified asphalt (RMA) concrete under static and dynamic loading conditions. A number of static and dynamic creep tests were conducted on RMA mix specimens with different rubber sizes and contents, and a series of resonant column tests were conducted to evaluate the shear modulus and damping values.

Factors that affect traffic accidents have been analysed in various ways. In this study, we use the methods of logistic regression and discriminant analysis to determine the damages due to injury and non-injury accidents in the Eskisehir Province. Data were obtained from the accident reports of the General Directorate of Security in Eskisehir; 2552 traffic accidents between January and December 2009 were investigated regarding whether they resulted in injury.
