• Rats were divided into four groups: one without GLP or HES (control), one with HES, one with GLP, and one with both GLP and HES.
• Results indicated that GLP negatively affected sperm quality and testicular tissue, while HES counteracted these effects, improving sperm parameters, antioxidant levels, and reducing oxidative damage.
