Cryopreservation of testicular tissue holds an important role in the field of fertility preservation, particularly for prepubertal boys diagnosed with cancer. However, prepubertal testicular tissue cryopreservation is still considered to be in the experimental stage necessitating the refinement of cryopreservation protocol. Considering the fact that loss of membrane lipids is the primary cause of freeze-thaw-induced loss of testicular cell functions, in this study, we explored the beneficial properties of exogenous supplementation of membrane lipids in the form of liposomes in enhancing the cryosurvival of prepubertal testicular tissue.

Samples were prepared conventional solid-state reaction route with annealing and sintering at various temperatures. Detailed measurements of temperature-dependent and field-dependent magnetization were carried out to estimate the Curie point and order of magnetic transition.

Here, we employ solution-based spray pyrolysis to fabricate bismuth ferrite thin films on glass substrates and explore the impact of annealing conditions to attain functional thin films of superior quality and switchable polarization. Optimised thin films display polycrystalline nanostructured grains with the highest X-ray diffraction intensity along the (110) orientation and a mixed Fe valence suggesting the presence of oxygen vacancies.

The bismuth (Bi)-substituted LaBiNaMnO ( = 0 and = 0.1) manganites have been investigated for achieving room temperature magnetic entropy change at low magnetizing intensities. A 10% Bi ion substitution at the La site has led to the relatively higher symmetry 3̄ rhombohedral structure showing improvement in Mn-O-Mn bond angles.

Curcumin, a polyphenol, has shown to possess a plethora of biological functions including tissue protective effects. In the present study, we investigated the protective effects of curcumin nanocrystals (NC) in mitigation of CP-induced testicular toxicity.

The thin films were prepared using the spray pyrolysis technique with 0, 1, 5 and 10 wt% cobalt doping concentrations to study the morphological, optical and third-order nonlinear optical (NLO) properties. X-ray diffraction revealed the crystalline nature of the prepared thin films, and the crystallite size was found to increase with the concentration of doped Co.
