The present study aims to evaluate the effect of ink on insulin resistance in PCOS-induced mice. Treatment with sepia ink in dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA)-induced PCOS mice at various doses of 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, and 200 mg/kg body weight mitigated the insulin resistance in the study groups with decreased concentration of testosterone and increased concentrations of estrogen and progesterone compared to the PCOS group tested by ELISA. The histopathological analysis and restoration of glucose analysis showed a significant reduction in treatment groups.

CeNP+Dox+RGD nanoparticles are synthesized by the sequential addition of cerium III chloride heptahydrate, beta-cyclodextrin, oleic acid, and F127 micelle (CeNP). Doxorubicin was then loaded into CeNPs and coated with oleyl amine-linked cyclic RGDfK peptide to form stable CeNP+Dox+RGD nanoparticles.

The lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 3 (LPCAT3) preferentially incorporates AA into the membranes. Our recent studies showed that MALT1 [mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1]) plays a crucial role in propagating inflammatory signaling triggered by IL-1β and other inflammatory mediators in endothelial cells.

In the present study, the vanadium pentoxide (VO) nickel-doped vanadium pentoxide (Ni@VO) was prepared and determined for in vitro anticancer activity. The structural characterization of the prepared VO and Ni@VO was determined using diverse morphological and spectroscopic analyses. The DRS-UV analysis displayed the absorbance at 215 nm for VO and 331 nm for Ni@VO as the primary validation of the synthesis of VO and Ni@VO.

The CMnNP was explored for therapeutic angiogenesis for treatment of wounds and recovery of hindlimb ischemia in pre-clinical mouse prototypical. It is well known that to translate any therapeutic nanoparticle for future clinical applications, their biosafety evaluation in small and large animals is essential.

Biochanin-A (BCA) is a well-studied phytoestrogen with a wide variety of pharmacological activities, whereas not reported in the most frequently encountered endocrinopathy called polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in women.
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effect of BCA on dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) induced PCOS in mice.
Aims: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hyper-androgenic endocrinopathy prevalent in premenopausal women with no cure available. The current study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effect of recombinant GDF-9 and Cetrorelix on the gestational origin of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) induced PCOS in postnatal pups' delivered to rat dams.
Main Methods: The body weight measurement, blood and serum analysis for glucose tolerance, lipid profile, liver enzymes, sex hormones (Testosterone, Estradiol, and Progesterone), estrus cyclicity assessment, histological staining of ovary and liver, molecular markers expressions of pro-inflammatory by qRT-PCR and immuno-histochemistry technique for folliculogenesis genes and histological staining studies of liver and ovary were done.
In the current communication, a simple, environmentally compatible, non-toxic green chemistry process is used for the development of silver nanoparticles (AgZE) by the reaction between silver nitrate (AgNO) and the ethanolic leaf extract of (ZE). The optimization of AgZE is carried out using a series of experiments. Various physico-chemical techniques are utilized to characterize the nanomaterials.

Background: Inflammation-mediated lung injury is a major cause of health problems in many countries and has been the leading cause of morbidity/mortality in intensive care units. In the current COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of the patients experienced serious pneumonia resulting from inflammation (Acute respiratory distress syndrome/ARDS). Pathogenic infections cause cytokine release syndrome (CRS) by hyperactivation of immune cells, which in turn release excessive cytokines causing ARDS.

GDF9 and BMP15 are expressed specifically in mammalian oocytes and also participate in cumulus-oocyte crosstalk. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) technique was applied to investigate the relative abundance (RA) of GDF9 and BMP15 mRNA transcripts throughout the IVM process.
