Unlabelled: The oral hamartoma is a unique presentation of head and neck tumors with nonspecific etiology and atypical histopathological presentation. Oral hamartomas generally present as smooth, painless, pinkish masses, histologically comprising neural and vascular components intermingled in connective tissue stroma. The presence of a neurovascular hamartoma (NVH) within the oral cavity is truly a rare entity, scarcely reported in the literature.

The work relies on dispersive solid-phase extraction (DSPE) with polyethylene imine (PEI)-coated magnetic nanoparticles to preconcentrate zolpidem from the matrix, in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) for matrix isolation, for the first time. The optimized conditions emphasize the use of an environmentally preferable mobile phase [methanol: 0.

It is very rarely idiopathic. A 23-year-old man developed acute onset of a left partial third nerve palsy and left ataxic hemiparesis.

These include dermatomyositis (DM), inclusion body myositis, immune mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM), anti-synthetase syndrome (ASS), and overlap polymyositis. Classification of IIM has evolved from clinical to clinico-pathologic to the recent clinico-sero-pathologic with the discovery of myositis-specific antibodies (MSA) and myositis-associated antibodies.

Herein, we designed and developed a highly efficient green synthesis of indolemethane compounds using a recyclable biodegradable glycerol-based carbon solid acid catalyst under solvent-free conditions at room temperature for 5 min with excellent yields. The synthesized compounds were subjected to cytotoxic activity against prostate (DU145), hepatocellular carcinoma (HepG2), and melanoma (B16) cell lines.

We have prepared single crystalline Sn-doped CdSnWO (where x = 0, 1, 3, and 5%) nanorods (NRDs) and characterized them using refined X-ray diffraction and TEM analysis, revealing a monoclinic phase and a crystallite size that decreased from 62 to 38 nm as Sn concentration increased. Precise Sn doping modulation in CdWO NRDs causes surface recombination of electrons and holes, which causes the PL intensity to decrease as the Sn content rises.

Ultrasonography (USG) is increasingly being used to diagnose UNE. However, clinical applicability is limited by the lack of uniformity in the previous studies.

Objectives: To describe the patient characteristics, treatment outcomes, and adverse events, especially the occurrence of PML in NTZ-treated patients.
In the field of photocatalysis, the suppression of electron-hole recombination through various defects has been an emerging trend to enhance photocatalytic activity. The separation efficiency of electron-hole recombination of well-explored wolframite structured monoclinic CdWO, prepared using the one-pot hydrothermal method, was further improved by Bi doping in CdWO. Studies using the partial density of states illustrated that Bi 6s and 6p orbitals altered the electronic band structure to the extent of lowering the band gap, resulting in more photon absorption.

It is seen commonly in traumatic retrobulbar hemorrhage and carotico-cavernous fistula and less frequently in orbital cellulitis, subperiosteal abscess, and invasive fungal infections. We report a case series of Coronavirus disease-19-associated rhino-orbito-cerebral mucormycosis with guitar pick sign, of which none survived, and discuss the causative pathomechanisms, severity grade, and the clinical relevance of this unique radiological finding.

Therefore, we aimed to identify features of COVID-19 that could predispose to CAROCM and explore the pathogenic pathways.
Patients And Methods: This retrospective hospital-based study was done during the first (March 2020 - January 2021) and the second (February 2021 - June 2021) waves of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Several case reports of COVID-19 in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) have been documented. However, new-onset autoimmune MG following COVID-19 has been reported very rarely. We report one such case here.

The Indian Council of Medical Research funded INSTRuCT (Indian Stroke Clinical Trial Network) as a task force project with the objectives to establish a state-of-the-art stroke clinical trial network and to conduct pharmacological and nonpharmacological stroke clinical trials relevant to the nation and globally. The purpose of the article is to enumerate the structure of multicentric stroke network, with emphasis on its scope, challenges and expectations in India.
