Objective: Radiographically evaluate the quality of reduction over six weeks of follow-up in patients with surgically treated deviated acetabular fractures who underwent rehabilitation with immediate loading as tolerated and compare this with the results of the unloaded protocol.
Methods: We retrospectively evaluated the records of 137 patients with deviated acetabular fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation. Sixty-six (48.

The interest in the development of nanoscale plasmonic technologies has dramatically increased in recent years. The photonic properties of plasmonic nanopatterns can be controlled and tuned via their size, shape, or the arrangement of their constituents. In this work, we propose a 2D hybrid metallic polymeric nanostructure based on the octupolar framework with enhanced sensing property.

Herein, we evaluate the incidence of meropenem/vaborbactam-resistance among KPC-producing (KPC-Kp) bloodstream infection in a large Italian hospital. Meropenem/vaborbactam-resistance was found in 8% ( = 5) KPC-Kp, while 5% ( = 3) strains exhibited cross-resistance to ceftazidime/avibactam (CAZ-AVI).
