Background: Castleman disease affects lymph nodes with abnormal cell growth. It has unicentric (single node) Castleman disease (UCD) and multicentric (multiple nodes) Castleman disease (MCD) forms. MCD is systemic, with diverse symptoms, necessitating systemic treatment.

Eye tracking maps where an inspector is looking during a structural inspection, and it recognizes implicit human attention. Experiments were performed on a facade during a damage assessment to analyze key, visually-based features that are important for understanding human-infrastructure interaction during the process.

Selecting appropriate process parameters, the conformal growth of TiO results in a smooth, nearly flat-top surface of the structure. Such a hard surface can be easily cleaned without damage, making the nanostructure reusable after contamination.

The TiO2 RWGs are fabricated by electron beam lithography, reactive ion etching, and ALD. The thin films and RWGs are characterized structurally by x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.
