Lymphangiomas in the peritoneal cavity are rare in adults, with most cases occurring in children. We present the case of a 49-year-old woman who was admitted with severe lower abdominal pain. The diagnostic assessment revealed a multiloculated cystic structure in the mesentery of the distal ileum, suggesting a lymphangioma.
