Objective: To determine the effect of mechanism of injury on wound healing, and on the viability and success of distally based sural flap when used for the coverage of defects of lower leg, ankle and foot.
Study Design: Descriptive study.

Background: Dysmenorrhea is quite frequent and may affect the daily activities especially during the early years of adolesence. This study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of dysmenorrhoea, its impact, and the management strategies adopted.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was done with 356 consenting females studying at Mohiuddin Islamic University, Mirpur Azad Kashmir, between 18-25 years of age, with regular menstrual cycles and normal abdomino-pelvic ultrasound and not taking any medication.

A 25 years old lady with vaginal atresia, secondary to a mismanaged spontaneous vaginal delivery, underwent vaginoplasty using human amnion. The amnion was kept in its place using a 60cc syringe as a mould. For the next three months, dilatation by soft mould was followed by regular intercourse.
