Introduction: Invagination is a rare cause of mechanical intestinal obstruction in adults, but half of their causes are malignant. A diagnosis of invagination in an adult patient strongly suggests presence of a malignant pathology. Moreover some benign conditions may resemble malignant disorders like inflammatory fibroid polyp.

Endovascular stent implantation for coarctation of the aorta in children and young adults: intermediate follow-up results from Turkey.

Therefore, we generated a novel survivin minigene DNA vaccine (pUS-high) encoding exclusively for survivin-derived peptides with superior MHC class I (H2-K(k)) binding affinities and tested its efficacy to suppress tumor growth and metastases in a syngeneic NB mouse model. The effects of local 17beta-oestradiol therapy on the vaginal mucosa and endometrial thickness were studied in 35 post-menopausal women with symptoms of vaginal atrophy. Signs and symptoms of vaginal atrophy were measured by anamnesis, visual examination and the maturation index before and after 12 weeks' treatment with 17beta-oestradiol in the form of vaginal tablets. Hypnic headache associated with medication overuse: case report.

We have recently evaluated a 54-year-old woman who had migraine without aura in her history but presenting with a typical hypnic headache (HH) which is presumably not a primary headache but associated with an ergotamine overuse headache. Her HH was relieved with a washout protocol which includes 75 mg amitriptyline daily with the addition of metoclopramide and encouraging her not to use any analgesics.
