Diagnosis and management of benign secreting pancreatic insulinoma: What's new? 4 case report.

Even though insulinoma is the most frequent neuroendocrine tumor, it represents only 2% of pancreatic 2% of all pancreatic neoplasms. Diagnosis is relatively simple, and surgery after accurate determination of the tumors location within the pancreas is the cornerstone of its treatment. We herein report 4 patients undergoing various surgeries for benign secreting insulinomas, after extensive radiological and endoscopic exploration.

Iatrogenic aneurysms of the splenic artery constitute a rare yet potentially severe complication arising from diverse medical or surgical interventions. The clinical complexity and challenging management strategies associated with these aneurysms pose significant difficulties for clinicians. This circumstance is exemplified in our case report, detailing an iatrogenic aneurysm of the splenic artery that emerged secondary to a pancreatic fistula following a median pancreatectomy performed for a Frantz tumor.

Surgical management of giant retroperitoneal liposarcoma: Case report.

Digestive cancer surgery in low-mid income countries: analysis of postoperative mortality and complications in a single-center study.
