Background: Due to rarity of duodenal GISTs, clinicians have few information about its clinical features, diagnosis, management and prognosis.
Case Report: We report a case of promptly diagnosed duodenal GIST in a 61-year-old Egyptian man presented shocked with severe attack of hematemesis and melena. Upper gastroduodenal endoscopy was done and revealed a large ulcerating bleeding mass at first part of duodenum 4 hemo-clips were applied with good hemostasis.

Background: Spinal dural arteriovenous fistula (SDAVF) is a rare disorder with an unknown etiology. Often, the clinical presentation and imaging findings are misleading, causing this condition to be mistaken for other entities, such as demyelinating or degenerative spinal lesions.
Observations: The authors report a challenging case of SDAVF in which the patient's symptoms were initially thought to be attributable to a herniated disc based on his imaging studies at another institution.
Objective: The aim of the study is to investigate the relation of neonatal and maternal vitamin D and late-onset sepsis (LOS).
Study Design: One-hundred twenty term neonates along with their mothers were enrolled in this case-control study. Sixty neonates who were admitted in the neonatal intensive care unit by LOS and had not been previously admitted for last 48 hours and did not receive antibiotics or vitamin D were enrolled as cases (sepsis) group.

Background: Delivering sufficient intensity output of curing lights is mandatory to ensure optimum cure and clinical success of bulk-fill resin composite restorations and to avoid undesirable clinical outcomes.
Aim: To evaluate the effectiveness of using light amplified high intensity LED curing on the clinical performance and marginal sealing of posterior bulk-fill resin composite restorations.
Material And Methods: This study was designed as a randomised, controlled, double-blind, Unicenter, parallel, two arms, superiority trial with 1:1 allocation ratio.
Background And Objectives: To evaluate the knowledge of the primary health care physicians (PHCP) in Kalubia governorate, Egypt, about the causes, diagnosis, complications, and treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (NHB).
Methods: Cross-sectional survey distributed by interview to 500 physicians working in the primary health care (PHC) sector in Kalubia.
Results: Out of 500 distributed surveys, 419 (84%) PHCP completed the questionnaire.
Background: Bio-products from stem/progenitor cells, such as extracellular vesicles, are likely a new promising approach for reprogramming resident cells in both acute and chronic kidney disease. Forty CKD patients stage III and IV (eGFR 15-60 mg/ml) have been divided into two groups; twenty patients as treatment group "A" and twenty patients as a matching placebo group "B". Two doses of MSC-derived extracellular vesicles had been administered to patients of group "A".

The immune system response (ISR) is stimulated by a disorder in the temporary fuzzy state that is oscillating between the healthy and unhealthy states. However, modeling the immune system is an enormous challenge; the paper introduces an extensive summary of how the immune system response functions, as an overview of a complex topic, to present the immune system as a cognitive intelligent agent.

Hepatitis C virus infection is characterized by a systemic oxidative stress that is most likely caused by a combination of chronic inflammation, iron overload, liver damage, and proteins encoded by HCV. After a viral infection, multiple proinflammatory mediators contribute to recruitment of immune cells to the liver and to the generation of an antiviral immune response.
