[Anorexia nervosa in woman with Turner's syndrome].

The authors report a case of anorexia nervosa in woman with Turner's syndrome (45, X). In this case there was a low blood concentration of LH and FSH, and there was a lack of reaction to intravenous administration of 100 micrograms of GnRH. Partial syndrome of "empty sella" was found in a presented case by use of magnetic resonance imaging.
