Amblyopia is the leading cause of vision impairment in children, and its early detection can avoid irreversible consequences for a child's visual ability. In this prospective study, to detect amblyopia risk factors, we examined patients aged 18 to 30 months in primary care settings. Patients were referred to an ophthalmologist for confirmation.
