Urine LH testing may be useful to confirm an LH surge after the GnRH agonist (GnRHa) trigger prior to oocyte retrieval in IVF. A prospective cohort study, including oocyte donors undergoing ovarian stimulation, treated with a GnRHa trigger for final oocyte maturation.
