Background And Aims: Postpartum depression (PPD) is a globally recognized public health concern, yet research focusing on women in urban areas of Bangladesh remains unexplored. This study aimed to address this research gap by investigating the prevalence and associated factors of PPD within the first 2 years after childbirth.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted, enrolling 259 women (26.
Due to excessive streamflow (SF), Peninsular Malaysia has historically experienced floods and droughts. Forecasting streamflow to mitigate municipal and environmental damage is therefore crucial. Streamflow prediction has been extensively demonstrated in the literature to estimate the continuous values of streamflow level.

IPIs affect not only the health status of a country, but also the economic sector. Over the last decade, pattern recognition and image processing techniques have been developed to automatically identify parasitic eggs in microscopic images.

The primary aim of our evaluation of the physical stability of amorphous drugs, conducted in co-operation with eight laboratories, was to establish a protocol for isothermal storage tests to obtain data of the same quality from all the participating laboratories. Sharing a protocol that contained the same level of detail as the experimental section of general papers was insufficient for high inter-laboratory reproducibility.

Various tasks such as satellite formation, on-orbit servicing, and active debris removal require object recognition to be done perfectly. The recognition task in actual space imagery is highly complex because the sensing conditions are largely diverse.

We create a bispecific antibody fragment (Chelating Recombinant Antibody or CRAb) that recognizes adjacent and non-overlapping epitopes of the target antigen, and is flexible enough to bind to both epitopes simultaneously. Here the strategy is illustrated with two antibodies that form complexes of known three-dimensional structure against different epitopes of lysozyme.

This review reports the characteristics of the human surface molecule CD38, a structure not linked to a definite line and predominantly expressed in early and activated phenotypes. The CD38 molecule consists of a single chain of 46 kDa, spanning the membrane and with the carboxyl terminus located in the extracellular compartment. The CD38 molecule is also involved in the transduction of activation and proliferation signals, which are line unrestricted.

Drug resistence of such hibrydomas has been obtained tranfecting them with plasmids containing genes conferring specific resistence. Retrovirus derived shuttle vectors with high transfection efficiency have been used for transfection.

The surface structure recognized by the CB21 MoAb is exclusively expressed on the surface membrane of human platelets, being undetectable on other cells or lines so far tested. After permeabilization, the majority of the cells and lines tested with the CB21 MoAb displayed strong cytoplasmic reactivity with a constant typical filamentous distribution.

The present study reports on the use of gene transfer by retrovirus-derived shuttle vectors in the generation of hybrid hybridomas secreting bispecific monoclonal antibodies. neo- and dhfr- genes were infected into distinct murine hybridomas, thus conferring a dominant resistance trait to geneticin (G418) and to methotrexate. The vectors employed were replication-deficient and dependent on complementation by a helper virus provided by the irradiated packaging lines.

Following this approach, two genes conferring dominant resistance trait to the neomycine analogue geneticin (G418) and to methotrexate (MTX) respectively, were infected in two established hybridoma lines, each producing a well characterized MAb. The vectors used here were replication-deficient, being dependent on the complementation of helper virus provided by packaging lines.
