Background: The Pender's Health Promotion Model is a comprehensive solution to improve health and reduce the risk of chronic conditions. This study aimed to determine the effect of a care program based on the Pender's Health Promotion Model on the caregiving burden of family caregivers of patients with chronic heart failure.
Methods: This semi-experimental study with a control group was conducted at the Imam Khomeini Heart Clinic in Saqqez in 2022-2023.
