Empyema of the septum pellucidum et vergae. A case report.

A complication of infection and pus formation in the septum pellucidum et vergae is described in a young black man. The case report describes the presentation, investigations, management and outcome in this patient. This complication has not, it seems, been previously described in commonly read English-language journals.
